I will present my job market paper at the Econometric Society European Winter Meeting from December 12-13, 2017, as well as the Spanish Economic Society Annual Meeting from December 14-16, 2017, both held in Barcelona. Another presentation is scheduled during the Royal Economics Society PhD Meeting in London from December 19-20, 2017.
